I regret leaving my first husband – Maame Dokono

Legendary Ghanaian actress, Grace Omaboe popularly known as Maame Dokono says her biggest regret was leaving her first husband.

According to her, she was not submissive to her husband because of her then celebrity status.

“I was Maame Dokono by then. I made myself like a big woman and the family of my first husband did not like it. It was a family issue and I left. However, I’ve regretted leaving my first husband.”

Maame Dokono further used the opportunity to advise female celebrities to be tolerant and grab the best men without paying attention to their wealth and looks as they can be deceptive.
