Jacob’s Cross star, Kendra Etufunwa chosen as Intel Ambassador for Nigeria and Kenya

kendra etufunwaJohannesburg-based Nigerian actress and model, Kendra Oluchi Etufunwa has been chosen as brand ambassador for Intel Nigeria and Kenya as the IT Company seeks to be branded as a ‘Lifestyle’. Kendra who Kendra plays the role of Adana Soludo, a villain whose love interest is the evil Bola Abayomi in M-Net Africa’s hit series, Jacob’s Cross, has her image already being used for online campaigns for Intel, including Twitter and Facebook. As part of the deal, Intel is expected to create webisodes of Kendra’s life on the internet.  Kendra lives and exciting life as a model, actress and socialite that would surely make interesting viewing online. As a little girl, Kendra always wanted to be a beauty queen but as she grew up her mind and spirit ventured into the world of modeling and through the help of an already established model she was able to start modeling in Nigeria. After working and doing lots of modeling jobs she decided she had paid her dues and wanted to model internationally so she went off to South Africa. There,  she was signed up by Star Model Management and after some ups and downs, Kendra bagged T.V commercials both in SA and in Nigeria in lead roles, editorials in magazines and also participated in fashion weeks. She has graced the cover of True Love West Africa magazine. She has worked for lots of designers in Nigeria, where she was also one of the 26 sexy models on the popular M-net TV game show, Deal Or No Deal Nigeria. Her modeling career has also seen Kendra on the catwalk for UK leading designer, Karen Miller. kendra etufunwa intelKendra was also on top South African TV shows such as ‘All Access, Cooking With Siba, RGB, Headlines, and many more.  In 2010, she joined the crew on Jacob’s Cross; the producers fell in love with her and made her a lead in 2011. Due to her performance on Jacob’s Cross, Kendra was called to audition as lead female, in Discovery Network’s educational film, ‘Inside Story’.  She got the part and the rest is history Her recent achievement as the official ambassador to Intel  Kenya and Nigeria is one of many feats yet to come for the vivacious Kendra who aspires to travel more around the world and leaving her footprints.]]>
