2013-GIAMA-Nomination-FlyerNominations for 2013 Golden Icons Academy Movie Awards (GIAMA) are out and several Ghanaians and their works have been nominated in various categories. They include Itz Tiffany, Jackie Appiah, Yvonne Okoro,  Yvonne Nelson, Umar Krap, Roselyn Ngissah, Adjetey Annan, Majid Michel, Abdul Salam, John Dumelo and Yvonne Nelson. GIAMA is an annual Award Ceremony designed to celebrate the very best of African entertainment and rich culture through Filmography. This avenue will continually serve as a means to promote love, unity and harmony amongst Actors, Directors, Producers, Script-Writers, and Executive Producers of different background and cultures; and ultimately, expose and promote the best of African acts to the United States, and the Diaspora world at large.  The award ceremony is on October 19, 2013 in Houston, Texas.
