Michael has a longstanding relationship with J Balvin, having written multiple records with him including the World Cup Anthem ‘Positivo’, as well as winning a Latin Grammy for his collaboration on Balvin’s breakthrough album ‘Colores’.
‘Pxnk’ follows the release of her recent dance-fused cut Through his work with Masego, Mr Eazi, Arcade Fire and others Brun has helped rewrite perceptions of his homeland and bring the sounds of the contemporary Afro-Caribbean diaspora to an ever widening audience. Brun’s mission as a Haitian artist has been to define his homeland, not by tragedy or despair, but by the richness of its culture, the pride and resilience of its people and the beauty of its music.
