Michy celebrates 3rd year anniversary of the “single and happy ride”

Ex-fiancée of Dancehall artiste Shatta Wale, Michy, is celebrating three years of being single.

Michy, who had dated and was engaged to Shatta Wale, just shared on her Snapchat that it’s been three years since their breakup.

“3rd year anniversary of the single and happy ride. Couldn’t have been better,” she wrote in a post on Snapchat.

Michy and Shatta Wale were a couple for so many years before he popped the question to her at the launch of his ‘Reign’ album at the Fantasy Dome in 2018.

Things however, turned sour after the proposal which led to the end of their beautiful relationship.

In an interview after the breakup, Michy stated that she felt the proposal was staged because of the treatment she received from Shatta Wale after their engagement.

“I feel that proposal was staged. I just want to be honest with myself right now, I did not know about the proposal at day,” Michy said in the interview.

Although Michy shares a son with Shatta Wale, she has stayed single since their breakup. She has however, expressed interest in giving love another chance.
