KOD, Ameyaw Debrah, Jeremie, Naa Ashorkor and Jefferson SackeyMalta Guinness has unveiled five brand icons including me to inspire African youth to rise and shine in the new Pan African project, Africa Rising campaign. The remaining four icons are Joy FM’s Senior International Correspondent, Jefferson Sackey; broadcaster and fashion designer, Kofi Okyere-Darko (KOD);actress Naa Ashorkor Mensah-Doku ;and Jeremie Van-Garshong, Live FM and 4Syte TV presenter. As a Malta Guinness Ambassadors, the icons will campaign and encourage Ghanaian youth to aspire to greater heights through a comprehensive television, radio and print media campaign to be rolled out soon across Africa. The campaign will provide the platform for Ghanaians to tell the world their own story in a fun and engaging way. Malta Guinness will profile the most inspiring stories from consumers on the rise of Ghana with 100 most creative and enthusiastic stories rewarded. I hope that my story of hard work and dedication over the years to become one of Africa’s most visible entertainment/celebrity bloggers would inspire others in their various endeavors.I remember covering events with a Nokia phone and battling it out with big media houses that were blessed with resources and beating them when it came to providing all the fun news and gossips. I never gave up; I will never give up until I reach my highest potential in this field that I am so passionate about. I thank Malta Guinness for recognizing my efforts and identifying me as somebody to inspire others. I hope that through the campaign, we will discover great stories, great people and great talents that would fuel Ghana and Africa’s rise.  So let’s go GH!!!
