Over the weekend, the many beefs in Ghana took a different turn when two of Rufftown Record’s signees, Wendy Shay and Fantana decided to go at each other.

Wendy Shay, who initiated the ‘quarrel’ on Saturday posted on her Instagram a video of her working out with the caption:

Some artiste can create news but can’t create hit songs. Ask how much Betplanet paid me…Mit große Zähne macht man keine Hitsongs. Ich mach Kohle Und scheiß auf euch alle”

The German portion of the caption which directly translates as “you don’t make hit songs with big teeth. I make coal and shit on all of you” caught the attention of Fantana who went berserk on an Instagram live session to clap back.

In the video, Fantana alleged that Wendy Shay was not the one who introduced her to Rufftown Records as has been perceived in the past.

According to her, that is the reason for all the tension between her and Wendy.

Her statements however did not go down with the label as they have issued a termination letter to Fantana.

In the letter,  management is requesting for her presence today , Monday 18 May at 1:00 PM at its East Legon based office for a discussion about the termination of her contract.
