Renowned Ghanaian media personality, Blessed Godsbrain Smart, otherwise known as Captain Smart has debunked the popular misconception that tiger nuts contribute to male potency.

Tiger nuts, also known as “chufa” or “earth almonds,” have long been associated with various health benefits, but Captain Smart has asserted that claims of their efficacy in enhancing male virility are baseless.

While speaking as a guest on TV3’s Ladies Circle, Captain Smart challenged the common belief associating tiger nuts with male potency and redirected attention to the potential benefits of coconut water. He highlighted coconut water as a more plausible contributor to potency.

The radio and TV host, who is known for his outspoken and informative commentary, emphasized the importance of relying on scientific evidence and medical expertise when it comes to health-related beliefs. He noted that while tiger nuts do offer nutritional value, there is no credible scientific backing to support the notion that they have a direct impact on male potency.

”People have funny thoughts about what we call ‘Atadwe’ (Tiger Nuts). Atadwe has nothing to do with potency. What actually helps a man to be more potent is coconut water. That is what makes you fit in bed,” he said.
