Trigmatic says he sold his car to complete fourth studio album ‘Eighth Element’

Musician Trigmatic has made a shocking revelation on how he was able to complete works on his upcoming album ‘Eighth Element’.
Speaking in an interview on the Hitz Gallery show with Dr Pounds, Trig disclosed that he had to sell his car to raise money for the final works on his fourth studio album.

“I had to speak to my wife first. I told her I want to sell my car. Because she already has one, I sold mine.” he said.

The ‘Motromodwo’ singer added: “I sold the car and sent the money to my people for the video shoot. We first shot the video for the ‘My  Life’ remix,” said the singer who claims he has never worked under any record label before.

According to Trigmatic, he had to go through a similar ordeal while working on his second album ‘Solutions’.he said he used part of money budgeted for his mum’s surgery to release the album.

Trig’s ‘Eighth Element’ album is set to drop on October 8.

The 13 track project features Prince (BukBak), Akan, Raquel, Wiyaala, M.anifest and A.I with compositions from Aka Blay, Dela Borti, Karina Suwalski, Sena, Nii, O.T, Cydric, Bismark, Kwame Jnr and Prince Jadon.

Apya, Doodle Beatz, Ceedi and his long collaborator Genius Selection take credit for producing the songs on the album. The 8th Element album was mixed by Genius Selection and mastered by Ubeatz.
