ITV News has published a picture of the boyfriend of murdered EastEnders actress Sian Blake arriving in Ghana. Arthur Simpson-Kent, 48, was quizzed by officers over his partner’s disappearance on December 16 but travelled to the west African country three days later.He was pictured arriving at Kotoka International Airport in the capital Accra at just after 9pm local time
Ms Blake’s body and those of her two children were discovered buried in the garden of the family’s home in Erith, Kent on Monday. Ava Blake, Sian’s sister, said Simpson-Kent must be brought back to the UK to face questions over her relatives’ deaths.
She also claimed that her sister was about to leave Simpson-Kent – who she described as “controlling” – at the time of her disappearance. Police have so far refused to confirm that Simpson-Kent has left the country, with officers only saying: “Whether or not he is in the country is one line of inquiry.”
