The auditorium was charged up when Stonebwoy came on stage to perform his popular “Tomorrow”. Of course his performance was one a lot of people had been looking forward to especially when he walked down to the crowd to pick actress Lydia Forson.
Stonebwoy released music video of “Tomorrow” in April this year; it featured a cameo appearance from actress Lydia Forson who was portrayed as a “Kayayo” he was in love with.
Lydia who took the mic from Bhim to sing her part got the audience excited in the auditorium, this was felt even outside the hall. It was an energetic performance.
Meanwhile Mzbel has in a post on her Instagram handle to accuse some employers of Citi FM of harassment. She wrote: “Last night was so much fun at “December To Remember” until my team and I had to angrily walk away cuz we were constantly being harassed by some Citi FM employee for being too happy, dancing with all our might and my girl Deede’s outfit apparently, was too hot for some hypocrites at the VIP. But according to the Bible David danced before the Lord with all his might; until he went naked! Funny part is when we die same people will have the most amazing things to say about us! Well happy holidays to all my Christian fans and followers who still give a fuck about me, regardless ” Praye, Tic Tac, Kuami Eugene, Sister Derby, Koded of 4×4 fame, Wutah Kobby, Tinny Kidi, Wendy Shay, Ponobiom, Eddie Khae, Adina others also took turns to serve their audience their dose of the D2R package.
This December, Stonebwoy has performed at several shows compared to other Ghanaian artistes. On Friday, December 28th, Stonebwoy will bring Ghana to a standstill with his first ever concert at the Fantasy Dome in Trade fair, Accra]]>

Police brutality is slapping someone cooperating and already in cuffs – musician NY Melody

The Ghana Police Service arrested 29 people on Tuesday after dispersing a violent anti-cost protest in Accra with tear gas. The protest took a turn for the worse when protesters engaged in a violent exchange with police, injuring 12 officers and leading to the arrest of some of the protesters.
Following the incident, many Ghanaians, both inside and outside the country, have come out to condemn the police and protesters’ violent actions.
One video that went viral from the incident showed a police officer beating a handcuffed protester who was clearly not resisting arrest. The video sparked an online outrage, with “Be My Love” singer NY Melody among those quick to condemn the officer’s actions.

The musician later posted a video in which he expressed his disappointment at seeing the video. For him, the police officer was abusing his authority, and slapping someone who was already handcuffed was completely unnecessary.
“We live in a democracy, and in a democracy, we have the right to demonstrate when something bothers us.” The police, also known as “Peace Officers,” are supposed to keep the peace and order no matter what environment they are in.”
Imagine what would have happened if the protesters had retaliated in response to the slap. The cops should have known better; they should have some emotional intelligence. “Police brutality is slapping someone already in cuffs who isn’t resisting arrest.” he said.
