I never dated Mark Okraku Mantey- MzGee denies rumours

Former TV3 employee, MzGee, has denied ever been romantically involved with Deputy Minister of Tourism, Arts and Culture, Mark Okraku Mantey.

The “Just Being Us” host, in an interview with Delay on the Delay Show explained the circumstances that led to people spreading rumours about her dating Okraku Mantey.

According to MzGee, when she joined Hitz FM, she was given a lot of opportunities by the then leader, Mark Okraku Mantey, a decision, which made colleagues think that there was something going on between them.

‘I never dated Okraku Mantey. When I joined Hitz, a lot of oppportunities were thrown at me. Okraku Mantey was the leading at the time, and when he came, he met older staff and there was some friction between them. So he was using those who were new with him and this led to the perception that he and I were involved romantically,” MzGee told Delay.
