Stars gather in New York for Met Gala 2023; check out our favourite looks

The annual Met Gala, with this year’s theme honoring the late design great Karl Lagerfeld, has drawn the whole fashion industry to New York City once more.

Attendees were invited to dress in honour of Karl for this year’s theme, “Karl Lagerfeld: A Line of Beauty.”

Lagerfeld led  most prestigious fashion houses in the world, such as Chanel and Fendi for decades.

About 400 people attended the Metropolitan Museum of Art’s Costume Institute fundraiser, which was by invitation only.
