I was aware of some of the things Yvonne Nelson talked about in her book – John Dumelo

John Dumelo has shared his thoughts about Yvonne Nelson’s new book  ‘I Am Not Yvonne Nelson’.

The actor cum politician claimed in a recent interview on Joy Prime with Doreen Avio that he was aware of some of the details Yvonne Nelson spoke about in her book.

“I was privy to some of the revelation she made in her book, so I wasn’t surprised by some of the tweets about it and about what it’s going on in her life.” he said.

The former NDC parliamentary candidate for Ayawaso West Wuogon Constituency expressed his delight with the information Yvonne presented in her book.

According to him ‘it’s very important for us to tell our own stories so that people don’t come and tell our stories for us.

John further urged people to emulate Yvonne’s bravery and speak up when required.

”it’s very encouraging what she has done and of course, I will encourage a lot of people to do it”
