AFCON: Ghanaian supporters captured praying fervently ahead of the game against Egypt
Following Black Stars defeat to Cape Verde in their opening match at the ongoing Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) tournament, scores of Ghanaian supporters in Ivory Coast have resorted to prayers ahead of the next game.
In a video that has been shared by Pulse Ghana, a section of the supporters gathered in front of their hotel, and are seen praying fervently to the most high as the Black Stars prepare for their next game against Egypt.
Ghana conceded a last-minute goal to lose 2-1 to Cape Verde in their opening Group B encounter of the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) on Sunday.

They are set to face Egypt on Thursday, January 18th at 8pm for their second game in the group stages.
