The So X Crew of Xfm, namely Dj Kulcha, Baby G and Gwem will this holiday season offer fans an opportunity to meet them up-close in a fun packed house party in East Legon, on December 30.  The house party will be filled with interesting activities to show appreciation to the fans for sticking with the dynamic trio throughout the year.

So X is a ‘shout out’ show where listeners get to send in messages for family, friends and love ones in addition to telling the crew what they consider as the most X (coolest, hottest,  or most fabulous) thing that happened to them in the past week.   To make the show more interactive, the crew puts up a question of the day for listeners/fans to contribute and free their mind on Face book and Twitter. Guests are also invited into the studios to rock the show by showing what they got through Rapping, spoken word etc. The So X Crew boasts of a huge fan base, based on interactions on the Xfm fan page on Face Box, text lines and views of blogs relating to So X in form of videos via YouTube and www.xfm951.com.

The house party would therefore be meeting point for fans to meet each other and celebrate the highlights of the year.  Starting 10 pm to 6 am the following day, it would be celebration of new friendships, new love, new partnerships and a hope for a blissful 2011. For a fee of 20 ghc, there would be free drinks, BBQ, card games, snooker, open mic and dance sessions and other activities planned for the night.  To toast to a new year there would be a display of fireworks at 1am to mark the dawn of a new day. There will also glasses of champagne in rotation after 5 am, entirely on the house.

The party pace would be set and sustained with music and mixes from DJ Kulcha and guest jockeys like Dj Rampage, Dj Mensa , Dj Woodman ,Dj.Maxi, Rude Boi Sterlin and others.  MC for the night would be the indefatigable Dr Duncan.  Directional signs would be made available from the various vantage points in East Legon to make it easy for partygoers to locate the venue.
