Ghanaian media personality, Valentina Nana Agyeiwaa, well recognized as Afia Schwarzenegger, has taken legal action against private legal practitioner, Lawyer Maurice Ampaw, further escalating their ongoing feud.

The lawsuit filed by Schwarzenegger accuses Ampaw of defamation, claiming that he made false and damaging statements about her character.

The controversy between Schwarzenegger and Ampaw began when the lawyer publicly criticized her lifestyle and behavior on various media platforms.

Ampaw accused Schwarzenegger of engaging in immoral activities and tarnishing the image of Ghanaian women. His comments sparked a heated exchange between the two, with Schwarzenegger vehemently defending herself and asserting that Ampaw had no right to pass judgment on her.

Afia is requesting GHS 1000,000 in damages for defamation in slander.

In a writ of summons, the media personality is also seeking an order of perpetual injunction to restrain the defendant from in any way telling, saying or discussing anything about her on any communication channel, whether print, radio, electronic or social media.
