Last week, we reported that Media Personality, Anita Erskine was joining Radio/TV host, Giovani Caleb on 3 FM to take over their Drive Time show, turns out the two pulled an April Fools’ Day prank on us.
In an Instagram post by Giovani, he shared the exciting news of Anita joining him as co-host of 3 FM’s Drive Time show officially today, Monday, April 1, 2019.
However, the two have revealed in their Instagram pages that it was an April Fools’ day prank.
” Thanks for accepting our APRIL FOOL pranks. – sorry @theanitaerskine is NOT joining the #3FMdrive. We are sorry to all those who bought into it. She’s forever family. Thanks for coming Aniiiirraaaaaa! Had to celebrate her with my 2020 dance moves. These moves are yet to hit your screens. Congrats you got a glimpse into the future. @3fm92.7 weekdays 2pm to 5:30pm,” Giovani wrote.
Anita also wrote: ” APRIL FOOOOOOOOLLLLLLLSSSSSSSS!!!! Sorry guys!!!!!! But we still had a great time!! 😂😂😂😂💃🏾😂.”
Fans have expressed their disappointment because they were happy to have the duo back together as they did before whilst on Starr FM’s Drive Time show.
