Arin and Princess have been evicted from the BBNaija Shine Ya Eye House during the second Sunday live eviction show of the season.

Last Monday, the housemates nominated Emmanuel, Nini, Tega, Saga, Arin and Princess for possible eviction. The Head of House (HoH), Pere, chose to save Saga and replace him with Saskay, placing her on the chopping block too. After an intense week of arguments, kitchen drama, a military-like regime, and extreme parties, the week finally concluded with two evictions.

Houesmates were thrown into another shock when it was announced that, KayVee, one of the four housemates to join the house after the first eviction had to take a bow out of the house due to mental health issues.

Big Brother, in another twist announced there is no nomination, no public votes and no nominations this week. However, this information is only known to Maria, the HOH and she is to keep the No eviction from her fellow housemates, not even her deputy. She has to convince the house that Biggie has given her the power to evict two house mates this Sunday. So, the housemates that least impresses Maria will be evicted. She will tell them she has created a score board for this. A Successful execution will gain her a reward. There are now 20 housemates vying for the grand prize. SuperSport viewers on DStv can look forward to Round 2 action from the Premier League, with matches scheduled to run from Saturday 21 to Monday 23 August 2021.

DStv is the only true home of football in Africa, offering a range and depth of action that no other rival can match – it’s literally ‘Unbeatable Football’! If you’re going to spend your money on something, it may as well be on the best football in the world.

The pick of this weekend’s Premier League action comes from the Emirates Stadium in London on the evening of Sunday 22 August, as Arsenal and Chelsea renew their bitter rivalry. The Gunners will be looking for a statement win, but the Blues are clear favourites given their depth of quality and the stated ambition of winning the championship, as per manager Thomas Tuchel.

“Well we want to win; we want to compete and of course we want to be successful. This is in Chelsea’s nature and of course we are up for the challenge. We will try to compete for every title in every competition we enter but I also think it will be a huge step forward if we can maintain the same quality, attitude and effort that we showed last season,” said the German tactician.

Saturday 21 August sees the round open with Liverpool hosting Burnley. The Reds famously lost to the Clarets at Anfield when the teams met in January of this year and manager Jurgen Klopp will be eager to see his side pick up their first three home points of the season and return their ground to fortress status.

“Anfield is a special place for us, one where we always feel we will win, because of the great support of the people of Liverpool and supporters who come from all around the world,” said the Reds’ boss. “It is always special to play there, and we hope to make our fans happy every time.”

The weekend also features an intriguing clash between Leeds United and Everton – which pits master tacticians Marcelo Bielsa and Rafael Benitez against one another – as well as Wolverhampton Wanderers hosting Tottenham Hotspur, now led by former manager Nuno Espirito Santo, and Southampton hosting a Manchester United team which thrashed them 9-0 when they last met back in February.

The round wraps up on the evening of Monday 23 August with West Ham United hosting Leicester City at the London Stadium. The teams’ last meeting back in April produced a 3-2 thriller won by the Hammers – despite a brilliant brace from the Foxes’ Nigerian star Kelechi Iheanacho.
