Artiste manager, Nana Asiamah popularly known as Bulldog has sued Dancehall artist, Shatta Wale for defamation.

The suit comes following certain revelations Shatta Wale made against Bulldog during an ongoing social feud.

Shatta Wale had alleged amongst other things that Bulldog had told him about his plan to murder Fennec Okyere before its execution. He  therefore threatened to go to the Police with all the new information.

“Bull Dog since u r bringing out secrets. You will tell Ghanaians What happen to Fenicks Murder !! And I am not joking about this time !! I am ready to tell the court about what you told me about you and your men and how planned that foolish act get ready.This Akuffo addo won’t give you a murder chance to be on our streets !!! Watch how this ends !!! You can’t fight time,” he wrote on Facebook.

Shatta Wale also revealed that Bulldog had told him about a plan by former President John Mahama to hire some gunmen for him.

“YOU SAID FORMER PRESIDENT MAHAMA ASK. YOU IF YOU CAN GET HIM GUNMEN TO DO SOME. JOB FOR HIM RIGHT?” one of Shatta’s Facebook posts read.

The matter has since landed in the office of the Police as they start an investigation into the matter with Shatta’s cooperation.

Bulldog has since taken the matter to his lawyers in a bid to clear his name.

In a writ of summon that has been shared on social media, Bulldog is suing Shatta Wale for defamation and is asking the court to make Shatta Wale make a publication on seven (7) consecutive days of an unqualified retraction of and unreserved apology for the defamatory words that he made against Bulldog.

Bulldog is also asking the court for a perpetual injunction restraining the Shatta Wale, his agents, workmen, assigns and servants from publishing or further publishing any defamatory words against him.
