Evan. Diana Asamoah agrees to contract termination by Frimprince Music after 22 years

Popular Ghanaian gospel musician, Evangelist Diana Asamoah has agreed to the termination of her contract of 22 years with Frimprince Music Production.

According to a letter dated August 4, 2o22, Frimprince Music, in charge of the production and marketing of Ms Asamoah’s music has ended her contract  due to “several breaches.”

The letter also states that Evan. Asamoah will no longer have access to her official Facebook page, restricted from using the company’s logos, and banned from using Mr Anane Frimpong as her executive producer.

In addition, as per the end of the contract, Frimprince Music will continue to hold rights to all the music she produced under the label.

The songs inlude her hit singles, ‘Wo Na Mani Agyina Wo’, ‘Mabowodin, Akoko Abon’, ‘Madansidie’, ‘Pentecost Gya’, ‘Momomme’, ‘Wo Damu Fua’, ‘Tetelesta and ‘Pentecost Soree’.

In a response to the letter, Ms Asamoah has agreed for the termination of her contract amongst all other requests from Frimprince.

Evangelist Diana Asamoah and Frimprince Music Production started their business relationship some 22 years ago in the year 2000.

The two parties have worked along well all these years until the end of their journey in August, 2022.

Afua Asantewaa Lands Ike City Hotel Ambassadorial Deal

Guinness World Record (GWR) attemptee Afua Asantewaa O Aduonum has landed yet another brand ambassadorial deal with Ike City Hotel; Community 25, the second in a spate of five days.

And per the
This Brand Ambassador agreement is made effective as of February 21,  2024, by and between Ike City Hotel,a modern day hospitality facility (Company) at Dawhenya and Mrs Afua Asantewaa O Aduonum (Singathon)-Ambassador.

And per the agreement, the ambassador is expected to act as a representative to promote and market the hotel through traditional and electronic media, including social media, in accordance with the terms of the agreement.

President of Ike City Hotel Mr Isaac Ofori Amoako mentioned that his quest to change the narrative in the hospitality industry informed his decision to venture into the industry.

He said “We are extremely delighted to have Afua Asantewaa on board as our brand ambassador.Her tenacity of purpose, resilience and  high level luxury sense aligns with the vision of this hotel.”

In her acceptance speech, Asantewaa said “l am indeed grateful for this opportunity, and I promise to use my various platforms to push this unique brand to the highest pedestal.

” It is a new facility but I can say it will rank among the best not only on the continent, but across the globe. I am looking forward to a very healthy and long relationship.”

Ike City Hotel is one of the subsidiaries of Ike City Group.

Ike City Hotel (Step into luxury) is a 54 bedroom  edifice, has a roof top, sky bar, barbering shop, salon, a full gym, spa, four conference rooms with the biggest having 400 capacity.
It also provides 24- hour security, big car park, among other facilities.
Meanwhile, the official launch of the facility is May 25.
