FAB Photos: EL, M.anifest, DJ Black, Deborah Vanessa and others hang out with Google

Google Ghana recently hosted several celebrities and creative individuals at a forum at the Coconut Groove Regency Hotel in Accra. Aimed to introduce the artists and creative industry to the many offerings of Google in promoting their works online and beyond, there was a video presentation on how Black Eyed Peas, and M.I used Google Hangout to reach thousands of people with their live concert and music video launch respectively.   Singer, Sister Deborah shared her experience of going viral on YouTube with her ‘Uncle Obama’ song; while OB Absenser shared her journey of showcasing Ghaian fashion and style with his FashionistGH videos on YouTube. Photographer, Nana Kofi Acquah also spoke on how he has engaged people across Africa and beyond to share their experiences with Africa in photography via his Google+ community. Joyce Gyebi also talked about producing ‘Pilow Talks’ webisodes exclusively on YouTube, while DJ Black shared his experience of taking his hit radio show live on Google Hang Out. The event also saw performances by EL, M.anifest, Nana Asaasi Asi, Rhyme Sonny and others. ]]>
