PHOTOS: Fashion and culture at the swearing in of President Nana Akufo-Addo

January 7, 2021 will go down in the history of Ghana as the most eventful swearing-in of a Ghanaian president ever!

With the early hours of the day characterised by disgraceful scenes in parliament, as Members of Parliament fought to select the Speaker of Parliament ahead of the president’s inauguration.

The day of shame in Ghana’s Parliament  however ended with some colour when the president-elect, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo was sworn in for his second and final term in office.
