CINE-GOD STUDIOS; Management of celebrated Ghanaian Actress Beverly Afaglo, wishes to confirm to the public that indeed residence of the actress was razed down by raging fire on Monday 9th August 2021 while the actress was out attending to personal issues.

The unfortunate incident was caused by a domestic fire lit in the backyard of her residence around 2pm. Though the fire was put out afterwards, remnants of it reignited due to strong wind blowing at the time and quickly spread, catching the attention of neighbours who immediately raised alarm. Calls were made

tothe Ghana National Fire Service who responded swiftly. Unfortunately, there was too much smoke which impeded visibility by the time they arrived hence, the personnel had to call for backup. The actress had by this time, rushed home but could not do much.

The backup team who arrived about forty minutes later couldalso not do much because their generator would not start for which reason a third team had to be brought in. By the time officials could put out the fire everything in her home from furniture, electrical gadgets and personal belongings had all burnt to ashes. Not a pin could be salvaged.

Management wishes to inform the public that the actress appreciates all the love and concern pouring in from friends and fans. The good news is there were no casualties. The actress and her family are well albeit devastated.

Management has since been inundated with calls from fans, well-wishers and colleagues in the industry, many whom have expressed willingness to offer support to the actress at this difficult time. Hence account numbers have been added to this release after a consensus, for all and sundry who would want to make donations to aid the actress to recover from this tragic loss. We would like to state emphatically that this decision isManagement’s and not the actress’.

Once again, thank you all for the love and support. Both Management and Beverly sincerely appreciate them.
