Ghanaian Dancehall Artist, Shatta Wale has reacted to claims that he sounds like his former pal, Burna Boy in his single, “Cash Out.”

The “On God” hitmaker, on October 17, dropped the second single off his yet-to-be released “Gift of God” album.

The song, titled “Cash Out,” since its release, has gotten fans both excited and confused.

According to some, Shatta Wale sounds a lot like Burna Boy in the new song, making fans wonder, if he’s been influenced by the African Giant.

In an interview on Class Showbiz, Shatta Wale stated that Burna Boy is his brother, and so if they sound alike, it’s not a problem.

“But if you have seen two people that are brothers and one is singing like the same. Have you seen a family that you don’t look alike before? He’s my brother so if he has sung, and I have sung, he play left and I play right, it’s music,” he stated.

“There are a whole lot of artistes in Ghana who are singing like somebody. People are not blaming them. Me that I have a brother, that I’m singing like my brother,” he added.
