Nigerian singer J Martins has apologized to fans  in Ghana for what has overwhelmingly been termed as a bad performance  during last weekend’s ‘Ghana Meet Naija’ concert ar the Dome of the Accra International Conference Centre.  He is however promising fans of better days ahead.

The singer is reported as saying: “I will like to apologize to everyone and want you to know that I take responsibility for all that happened. I take responsibility for the performance that did not go well. I know you were not happy with me but again I will not want to apportion blame on anyone. I pray to God to forgive me because no one is perfect. I will surely make up with my fans back here in Ghana and once again am sorry.”

J Martins was among several top Nigerian and Ghanaian artistes who performed at the Republic Day concert. But patrons of the concert say the singer did not impress them. Many of them expressed these sentiment on social network platforms such Twitter and Facebook. He was in Ghana with his fellow Nigerian artistes Tuface, 9ice and Naeto C.
