Kelvin Sholar in concert, Neo Soul and more at Alliance Française

Loud & Clear Productions will present a neo-soul experience alongside Alliance Francaise as part of the Alliance Francaise annual Jazz and World Music Festival.  Neo Soul music will be performed live by the Kelvin Sholar Trio featuring an extremely talented young singer by name of KG.

Neo-soul is a musical genre that fuses contemporary R&B and 1970s-style soul with elements of Hip-Hop. As its name implies, Neo-Soul music is essentially modern-day soul music, with contemporary attitude and sensibilities and some of the most distinguished performers in the genre include D’Angelo, Jill Scott, Angie Stone, Erykah Badu, Maxwell, Meshell and others.

Kelvin Sholar has recorded and performed extensively in top level festivals and musical venues in major cities all over the world, he has been awarded over 10 musical awards, and he has given master classes on music using materials from his forthcoming book entitled ‘Music’ in many international schools.
