The La-Palm Royal Beach Hotel over the weekend unveiled an exciting line-up of activities and interesting packages for the Christmas festive season amidst delightful choral interludes from the Winneba Youth Choir.
At the Christmas tree lighting ceremony at the hotel, management said it has gone all out to make Christmas 2010 a memorable experience for its valued guests, by putting together special packages complete with discounted room offers, varied menus and a few surprises in the mix.
The packages include spending blissful nights in the warm embrace of stunning rooms with mesmerizing ocean breeze. Festive room offers include: the Palm Package of $314 single or $398 double for two nights, and the Golden Package of $454 single or $578 double for three nights. Both packages come with a complementary glass of wine on any night of choice, discounted body massages, continental buffet breakfast, airport transfers plus full use of leisure and fitness facilities.
Guests can also take a bite of China with authentic Chinese cuisine at the hotel’s Royal Dragon Chinese Restaurant, where they experience chefs cooking right in front of them. Chinese festive dinners each night from December 3-23 will include Teppanyaki, soups, noodles, assorted meat and poultry and seafood dishes. The continent restaurant would also host a Christmas Day Carvery Lunch with delightful mouth watering starters, carving stations, live stations ending on a sweet note with sensational Christmas desserts. There would be live band music and attractive gifts for the kids.
Still on the children, the Xmas Kids Fiesta, which is a collaboration between La-Palm and Revele Films will bring hundreds of kids together for a costume party on Boxing day, December 26. There will be musical performances, a contemporary play, and Santa will come bearing gifts for all.
On December 31, there will be a New Year’s Eve Dinner Dance to ring in 2011 in style. Guests will be ushered in with chilled champagne on arrival. There will also be an extravagant feast featuring over 30 delicious dishes with music by renowned highlife music icon, Pat Thomas and KK Fosu. The night would be highlighted with spectacular fireworks at midnight.
To climax all the exciting festivities, there will be a New Year’s Day Big Breakfast at the Continental Restaurant. There will be a display of a variety of fruit juices, fresh bread rolls and tasty Ghanaian treats.
