The Second senior face-off of #TheSharksQuiz brought together Mfantsiman Girls and Mawuli School on the big stage.

The two notable institutions faced each other squarely in bouts quite unpredictable at the inception. Albeit the pulsating collision in the start-off round, Mawuli school ran ahead  of the “Syte” girls raking in 60 points against 40 for the latter. The ladies nonetheless pressed on and fought to gain dominance in the second round by scoring 20 and subduing their counterparts into the negative range; such feat they rejoiced over.

Mawuli was by this time put in a trance and left with a very herculean task to accomplish before the deciding round. They tried though and they managed to pick 35 points against 25 for their contenders in the third round. This total put neither of the schools ahead of the other because it brought them to a tie and thus, they had the final round to break it and finish ahead of the other.

It was a daunting moment for both schools. They risked their sweat and tried to compensate themselves by attempting some of their questions correctly. They struggled to find their feet to stand, one above the other. All through the chills they fought for warmth. At last! There was the decider. Amidst the pull down drama, one of them managed to stand tall.

Mfantsiman Girls’ had been squashed down to a -10 score while Mawuli triumphed, adding 10 points to their lot. It was a very close contest but the first runner ups from season 3 had indeed come stronger to fight for what should have been theirs. This season is definitely about to burn with so much expectations and surprises. Watch out!
