“Master Richard” reveals he was paid GHC 30.00 per episode on Taxi Driver

Ghanaian actor and media personality Mikki Osei Berko popularly known as “Master Richard” has revealed that he was paid as low as GHC 30.00 per episode for his role in popular TV series, “Taxi Driver”.

According to him, even though the pay was very little, he still did it because his long term goal was to build a brand.

I didn’t get much out of ”Taxi Driver”. We were paid 30ghc per episode. It partly created my brand for me though,” he said in an interview on Joy FM.

“Master Richard” earned himself popularity for his role in the hit series, “Taxi Driver”. He has since featured in some many commercials and acted in a lot of movies.
