DStv viewers across Africa can join the world in saying goodbye to the ‘Queen Talks’ as the farewell season of Oprah’s talk show shows on MNet, weekdays.  The new season commenced showing on Mnet on Wednesday, June 8. Oprah has said that ending her talk show after a quarter-century “feels right in my bones and right in my spirit.”

For what could be the last time, John Travolta will dance with Oprah. The season will feature The Judd’s talking about their last tour, a trip to Williamson, a trip to West Virginia to see if residents have changed their view on aids, her 64th Book Club selection as well as interviews with Ralph Lauran and Gweyneth Paltrow.  Oprah also flies 300 audience members with her to Australia for a segment of the season.

The Oprah Winfrey Show was an American syndicated talk show hosted and produced by its namesake Oprah Winfrey. It ran nationally for 25 seasons beginning in 1986, before concluding in 2011. It is the highest-rated talk show in American television history. As of 2011, it was one of the longest-running daytime television talk shows in the United States, having run nationally since September 8, 1986 for 25 seasons and 4,561 episodes. The show’s last original episode aired on May 25, 2011 in the US.

DBlack appreciates the mother of his children with a Range Rover gift

Ghanaian rapper and businessman, Dblack has gifted the mother of his children, a brand new Range Rover.

The presentation was done at a get together to celebrate his 35th birthday on January 13th.

According to Dblack, his baby mama had been a “real one”, hence, his gesture.

“Gifted the mother of my kids a new Range Rover on my birthday. Always gotta appreciate the real ones. The smiles on my kids faces did it for me. Let’s appreciate the good ones. God bless us all,” he captioned a video of the presentation.

Meanwhile, the Black Avenue Musik boss also gifted himself a brand new Mercedes S 550 to mark his new age.
