oprahYour Own Show: Ten contestants with determination, passion and drive have been chosen from thousands of auditions to compete to get their own TV show on OWN: The Oprah Winfrey Network. Hosts Nancy O’Dell and Carson Kressley guide the hopefuls through intense challenges designed to see if they have what it takes to have their own show. In each episode, the contestants are mentored by A-list hosts. Dr. Phil, Suze Orman, Gayle King. The winner will get his or her very own show! The show starts on Saturday 2 March at 01:15 CAT and is repeated on Sundays at 21:50 CAT.  Focus – T.I: With seven studio albums under his belt, Clifford Joseph Harris Junior, better known as T.I., made his return to the world stage at the close of 2012, with the release of his eighth record, Trouble Man. Between legal problems and a move into acting, T.I. had virtually disappeared from the musical scene in recent times, but this year, he’s back with a bang. NCIS Los Angeles: The team of NCIS LA is back this month still working together as the hippest crime investigators the police force has to offer. Chris O’Donnel plays Team leader and is backed up by Sam Hanna, played by US rapper LL Cool J, a veteran field agent whose knowledge of the Middle East is invaluable in terrorist cases. Featuring sit-down interviews with a number of celebrities ranging from Andrew Garfield to rapper Ne-Yo, this brand new special explores the personal connections these stars have to their favourite charities. Find out what some of your favourite celebrities have to say about the importance of helping others and how far they would go to make a positive difference. Tune in on Thursday 7 March at 22:00 CAT.

  ESPN Big Fights: The twentieth century biggest boxing star was Muhammad Ali, and so it is not surprising that ‘The Greatest’ features prominently in March’s schedule. Right from his earliest days as a professional fighter when he was known as Cassius Clay, it was clear that this man was something very special and his crucial wins over Sonny Liston remain thrilling spectacles. Other fighters to feature this month include Primo Carnera and Ruben Olivares on weekdays from Monday 4 March at 17:00 CAT.  

XIII (Season 2): The mysterious XIII returns to M-Net for a second riveting installment. After being unjustly locked down in a brutal rendition camp for two years, the mysterious XIII escapes his imprisonment, with the help of equally mysterious allies. Season two kicks off with XIII left for dead, after being betrayed by his superiors. After leaving the secret service, XIII becomes a wanderer and heads to a new city where a new fight awaits. Watch XIII from Monday 4 March at 22:30 CAT. 

Adventures of Merlin (Season 5): Based on the great Arthurian legend, Adventures of Merlin explores the fantastical characters of Camelot. In the early years, a young Merlin arrives in Camelot to find that he must protect the great future king, Arthur from those who seek to rule over Camelot themselves. In season five, Camelot is at the height of its golden age. With Queen Guinevere and the Knights of the Round Table at his side, Arthur has never felt stronger.
