My story touched her- Amerado shares how his relationship with Delay started

Ghanaian rapper, Amerado has given a break down on his relationship with award-winning television host and presenter, Deloris Frimpong-Manso.

In an interview on TV3 Newday, the “Best Rap performance” winner at the 24th Vodafone Ghana Music Awards, expressed that his relationship with Delay hit off organically and naturally. 

“It was organic, it was natural, she likes me and she’s willing to support my craft and there’s nothing like intentionally doing it for likes and attention.

He continued: “It was my craft, I think it was more than that because delay
hardly opens up to people and me been lucky to get close to her means that she foresaw the future and I feel like what she did for me goes beyond just liking someone and I appreciated and reciprocated”, he said.

Amerado disclosed that he shared his story on Delay’s “The Delay Show” and luckily his story touched her and that was how she got interested in his craft and they became close friends.

“ I went on her show and my story touched her and we became friends”, he stated.
