The group, which consist of twin sisters namely; Lydia Dedei Yawson Nee Tagoe and Elizabeth Korkoi Tagoe while speaking in a recent interview with Fiifi Prat on Kingdom FM noted that most of the highlife music some Christians look down upon contain very motivational and Ā inspirational lyrics hence listening to them causes no harm to the soul.

The twin sisters, Ā who are known for their hit songs such as ‘Osombo’, ‘Okamfo Jesus’, ‘Yedi Nkunim amongst others, divulged that highlife musicians Nana Ampadu and Amakye Dede have a lot of great songs that have the power to motivate and inspire people like themselves.

According to them, ā€œGod lives in Nana Ampadu so there is nothing wrong with listening to Highlife music. Some of the songs are like the advice.”

ā€œMost of the old musicians recorded good music, unlike the new crop of musicians. Comparing Highlife with Gospel music, it looks like we are all in the same thing because of the rhythm. We are in the same industry so we canā€™t say they are of Satan and we are the children of Godā€, they added.
