Nana Ama McBrown and Onua Showtime viewers shower praise on TiC for awesome display and delivery
Viewers of Onua Showtime with Nana Ama McBrown last week showered praises on Ghanaian music icon TiC for leaving captivating memories on the show.
The musician and entrepreneur, TiC  had his turn on the show last Sunday.
As the itinerary of the show has been, the musician was first ushered in amidst  breathtaking performance as he took the in-studio audience and the viewing public at home through his musical journey with a blast from the past.
He thrilled them with some songs from his repertoire.
This was followed with a discussion segment where he shared his over three decades knowledge in the art, entertainment and entrepreneurship with them.
Speaking on a topic premised on what artistes need to do to sustain their relevance and release hits songs without ceasing, TiC charged DJs to play songs objectively.
“It is good for an artiste to show appreciation to you for supporting  him, but you don’t have to like te song before you play it, play it for the public,  you may not like it, but the public may enjoy it,” he advised.
He acknowledged that DJs must be motivated by something, either the goodness of the song or  some form of appreciation,  but the judgement, must be left to the general public.
Using his Kangaroo hit song as an example,  he said the some DJs did not like the song when he first release it, however,  he urged them to play it for the public and not themselves.
After consistently playing the song, it became number song in Ghana, Africa and made it to MTV charge with huge buzz around the world.
The music icon, also advised artistes on how to maintain their brands and build relationships.
His submission intermittently received applauds from audience in the auditorium.
He ended with an awe-inspiring live band performance when he played some of hit song, Kwani Kwani part 2, Pene Ma Me and brand new song,  Wayo which featured Joe Frazier and Samuel G.
An elated Nana Ama McBrown expressed his appreciation to TiC for such insightful conversation and stupendous performance.
Many viewers and entertainment industry players also through their reviews on social media commended the musician for awesome display and delivery.
