Celebrated Ghanaian rapper and hiplife legend Obrafour has said, he is grateful for his life after suffering from an ailment that nearly ended his life. The rapper recounting the grave moments from three years ago in a recent interview on Joy News’s EWITHBECKS revealed that he had no hope for the future while he was receiving treatment at the Korle Bu Teaching Hospital.
“I battled with so many sicknesses I remember at the intensive ward in Korle Bu, it was that grave. Even doctors couldn’t give me any positive feedback,” Obrafour said.
He added, “I’ve been at the junction of life and death and for God to bring me back I realise I’m here for a purpose and I don’t take it for granted.’’
Obrafour is currently on a media tour to create awareness about his ‘Pae Mu Ka’ concert. The concert is aimed at celebrating 20 years since the release of his debut album ‘Pae Mu Ka’.
