PosterSkillions Records’ artist & producer PAAPA is back at it, ready to thrill fans yet again at his live concert dubbed ‘Songs forKukua Decoded’. It is scheduled for Saturday, 3rd August 2013, at Alliance Francaise (Airport) which has become home to some of Ghana’s best performers. He will perform songs from his sophomore album ‘Songs for Kukua’, which he released online on Ghana’s Independence day, and will illuminate its themes & lyrical nuances live on stage.

Paapa’s one-man band performances with his loop station have left audiences entertained, edified and inspired in the past. But this time, Paapa will be supported by a 6 piece band. Though his music and philosophy transcend several musical barriers and stereotypes, it’s evident in his lyrics that his is a heart after God, seeking to glorify Christ with his unique craft. He is quite the difficult artist to box, but each of his soulful songs provide a special perspective about a life of faith.

The concert will feature performances by the sensational Jazz singer Sandra Huson, Ghana’s own afro-rock band Faint Medal, and special guest appearances. Tickets are available at the SyTris Cafe (Osu) and Alliance Francaise (Airport) for only 10 cedis. Doors open at 7pm. Powered by 3rd Channel Direct, Skillions Records, AccraDotAlt, Alliance Francaise and 6miludo Media.]]>
