The 2022 MTV Europe Music Awards took place in Düsseldorf, Germany on Sunday night hosted by Aotearoa’s very own Taika Waititi and his partner, British pop star Rita Ora.

Traditionally one of the rowdiest events on the music industry calendar, the hosts hyped up the arena with plenty of party talk, but nothing too controversial to report.
