PRJCT KUMASI AND RDMG TO HOST HOMESICK CONCERT AT KICKS BAR & RESTAURANT.

Ashanti Region based creative agency, PRJCT Kumasi has partnered with the Roll Dawgs Music Group to host HOMESICK – the homecoming music concert on January 6, 2024.

The event will be held live from 6pm at the Kicks Bar & Restaurant on the Ahodwo-Kaase Road in Kumasi.

The Homecoming Concert as the name suggests will bring back home for the first time in many years creatives from Kumasi now in the diaspora. These artists together with the local based talents will perform and network. As the new year begins, PRJCT KUMASI and the Roll Dawgs Music Group, say it is time to give back to the city where it all began for most creative acts and to uplift the underground acts to breakthrough in the industry.

In this spirit, the prodigal son of the land, Taylor The Black is set to return after five years of leaving the city, travelling the world, pushing and performing his music globally.

Distinct creative talents from all over the city and beyond will also mount the stage on the night to showcase their talents. The event is also expected to attract both locals and tourists to showcase their support for the burgeoning underground scene in Kumasi.

The two stakeholders have been in the business of promoting creatives, particularly underground artists in the region and have deemed it fit to kickstart the new year by creating a platform where all these unheard talents can converge, network and showcase their amazing talents.

Hence, the free event, as they put it, will be for the under-discovered talents of the Akanland.
