Ghanaian actress, Vicky Zugah has shared that due to her experiences in relationships, she’s scared to take the step again.

The actress who doubles as host of the ‘Red Light Show’, a romance programme on UTV, expressed that stories that have been shared on the show have scarred her, making it difficult for her to give love another chance.

In a recent interview on Graphic Showbiz, Vicky revealed that some of the horrifying relationship stories that have been shared by her celebrity friends have scared her.

“I have been hosting this show for more than three years now and the kind of things people, including my celeb friends, tell me rather scare the hell out of me. Although they want to remain anonymous, I know them and I am surprised at the kind of things they go through. I can’t believe someone will want to go stay in an abusive marriage just because they have kids with their partners or they want to save the marriage” she said.

Vicky further stated that her show has received positive feedback and has also helped shaped people’s relationships and marriages in a way.

“The positive feedback we get on the show encourages me to treat more sensitive topics. The show is saving a lot of marriages and relationships. We intend to run it twice a week because of the hike in patronage. It shows only on Fridays but we will be going twice a week soon”, she added.
