Skillions Records has become known over the years as one of the best platforms to develop and train upcoming artists. The Label started running officially just 2 years ago and has already managed to showcase very formidable acts like Jayso, Lil’Shaker, Edi-Young, Paapa and Rumor. The Label houses a recording studio dubbed “The Skillions Lab”, which has seen any great musicians from across the continent, passing through to record. With the rise of Afrobeats in the last 2 years, Skillions Records has taken the initiative of signing a young talented production group called Afrobeastz, which is set to take over dance records with top quality productions. Afrobeastz is made of two young talented producers by name Sasquo and Red. They are not new to the Ghanaian Music Industry. Sasquo for one has produced countless hits but with Skillions Records, they have been given a new identity and a new sound. Their sound is very unique and fresh – a nice blend of Euro, Funky-House, Pop and African rhythms. The Azonto Rave will never be the same again.
