Madina is a fusion of afrobeat and South African house music and Teflon Flexx talks about a lady called Sekina From Madina that he seems to be very much interested in.

The song features one of the finest DJs in Ghana, DJ Wobete and production credit goes to multiple hitmaker MOG Beatz.
