Video: Chosan – "Hoodie On" (Trayvon Martin Tribute)

Check out Chosan’s new video,  “Hoodie On”, a tribute to Trayvon Martin produced by Lord Itill Productions and taken from the forthcoming Chosan album “Till I Touch The Sun”.

Chosan was born in  Freetown, Sierra Leone  West Africa. After an escape to Canada and then a relocation to London, a love affair with Hip-Hop began which would take him across the Atlantic to New York.

Chosan released two indie albums self funded ‘The Beautiful Side Of Misery” & “Diamond In The Dirt” which was received with critical acclaim, and impressive reviews.

Chosan released a video for each album. Chosan “Ride” and Chosan “This Is My America”.

Chosan was also hand picked by Grammy award wining artist Kanye West to help consult and to  be the narrative voice on the multi platinum video single “Diamonds from Sierra Leone”. From Kanye West’s “Late Registration” album

 Chosan is also huge community youth activist in the Creative Arts, & Education Through out the Brooklyn, Harlem and Bronx area.

 He also is the head of Silverstreetz Entertainment, and the newly formed “Paint Soul” a custom design company specializing in one off exclusive designs for men women and children.

The new album is called “Till I Touch The Sun”.

I wanted to make an inspirational album with tracks and images based on hope, strength and getting through the struggles of life.

The album was written while in Baltimore and comming back from a trip from London. I wanted to put out something upbeat and inspiring for the people. Chosan is actually a song writer as well as co producer for this project.]]>
