Ghanaian musician, Kuami Eugene has denied rumors that he and fellow musician, Wendy Shay have a “thing” going on.
The two sparked dating rumors after a topless photo of Kuami Eugene and Wendy Shay in bed was circulating on social media.
However, speaking to MzGee on her show “Gee Spot” on Joy Prime, Kuami Eugene explained that the photo was from a video shoot for his new song “No More” featuring Sarkodie. Wendy Shay played his love interest in the video.
It was just a normal picture that we took… I have pictures of me bare chested on my page… It was for the video shoot… So Wendy likes to play, that’s Wendy, she likes to play. That’s why on her birthday, I went there to see Wendy as a surprise her and we over hugged…and people felt oh these people. We are just friends like that, and maybe we happen to be at the same age…” he told MzGee.
