Why Kim Kardashian wants to be legally single so bad!

Published

on

Following Kanye West’s recent social media attacks, Kim Kardashian took her issues straight to their divorce judge, revealing his chaotic posts have caused her “emotional distress” and she just wants to be single so she can heal.

Meanwhile, Ye is still trolling Kim K’s boyfriend, Pete Davidson, on social media. Sighs. The latest inside…

Kanye West harassed his estranged wife Kim Kardashian and threatened her current boyfriend, Pete Davidson, on social media, so Kim K is taking it to the courts.

According to TMZ, the KKW Beauty honcho filed new court documents against Ye, letting the judge know his social media antics have caused her “emotional distress” and she’s demanding she single status so she can heal and move with her life.

“I very much desire to be divorced,” she said in the documents. Kim is upset Ye shared private information (and texts) about their divorce, as well as false claims about what’s going behind-the scenes. Rightfully so. Ye posted Kim K was trying to keep their daughter, Chicago, away from him and claims she accused him of putting a hit out on her.

”Kanye has been putting a lot of misinformation regarding our private matters and co-parenting on social media which has created emotional distress,” she explained in the docs.

In December, Kim filed an order to become “legally single,” in which, Ye’s lawyers objected. The Chi-town rapper wants to block Kim K from transferring assets out of any trusts they created, he wants to waive their marital privilege pending a final custody decision and, if either of them were to die, he wants any money that might be owing to either gets reimbursed.

TMZ reports:

Kanye had also asked to prevent Kim from transferring assets out of any trust. Kim says that ridiculous — they have a prenup which keeps all their trusts and other assets separate, and Kim needs access to her trust to run her businesses. And, in the docs, Kanye’s lawyers recognize the prenup is valid. She also notes Kanye’s lawyers acknowledge they’re having trouble getting through to him. In October 2021 they wrote to Kim’s attorney about trying to break down the prenup for Ye, saying …”But as you also know, we face challenges in communicating with our client — and the validity of the prenup (with all of its related legal implications) is a heavy issue to broach.”  The upshot — it seems Kanye isn’t throwing up the roadblocks — his lawyers are, because Ye isn’t involved.

At this point, Kim K is TIREDT and just wants this all to be over as quickly as possible.

“While I wish our marriage would have succeeded, I have come to the realization that there is no way to repair our marriage. Kanye does not agree but at least it appears that he has come to the realization that I want to end our marriage, even if he does not,” she wrote in the documents.

You’ll recall, Kim K filed for divorce from Ye in February 2021. They share four young children – North, Saint, Chicago & Psalm.

Meanwhile…

The Grammy winning rapper has been in Miami to promote his recently released DONDA 2 album. And he has a Kim 2.0 on his arm. The College Dropout was seen grabbing lunch with a woman named Chaney Jones, who is basically his ex-wife’s doppelganger. As you can see, Ye is creepily dressing her identical to Kim – just like he did his last fling, Julia Fox.

Photogs caught her in a thong swimsuit on the beach, looking very much like a carbon copy of Kim:

In fact, Chaney has been living it up with Ye over the last few days as she also accompanied Kanye at his DONDA 2 listening event in Miami on Tuesday:

The obsession is real…and scary at this point. Fans pointed out Chaney rocked the same sunglasses Kim K wore during Ye’s “Donda” event in Atlanta in 2021.

Last night…

Ye linked up with his homie/former Tampa Bay Buccaneers baller Antonio Brown to celebrate boxer Floyd Mayweather Jr.’s birthday in Miami. Watch them vibe out to Donnell Jones’ “Where I Wanna Be” above.

Even though Ye has been out and about, he still found time to troll Pete Davidson – yet again:

“Ran Skete off the gram Tell your mother I changed your name for life,” Ye wrote on IG. Sighs.

The “SNL” star joined Instagram last week after not being on the site for three years, so the timing of his return was interesting. Once Ye got wind he was on IG, he followed Pete and shared that he was following him on his own IG. Pete previously confirmed he has been diagnosed with borderline personality disorder. After his announcement, he revealed he was leaving social media because he felt it was an “evil place,” but he did say there was a possibility he would return one day.

Now, he’s gone again.

Q DA FOOL SHARES NEW VIDEO SINGLE "HEISMAN"

Maryland rapper Q Da Fool has just shared his homecoming single “Heisman” ahead of the release of his comeback mixtape Home Detention, out 6/2. Hailing from the small town of Largo, Q Da Fool has long been a clear-cut DMV standout, carving out his own distinct lane in which he shares detailed stories of his lived experiences and the street life in Maryland – showcased on hit singles like “Win” (9.4M streams) and a momentous collaboration with Shoreline Mafia. Having released a slew of countless dynamic street anthems and projects with the likes of Kenny Beats and Grammy award-winning producer Zaytoven, he’s distinctly chosen not to follow in the footsteps of his area’s go-go wave – an artistic decision that has allowed him to fully flex his gritty lyricism and energetic flows. Fresh off the release of his I’ll Be Back project to kick off his year, “Heisman” serves as Q Da Fool’s first release since being free, after serving 18 months in jail – and he has a lot to get off his chest.

As Q Da Fool continues to keep his foot on the gas, he’s working to capitalize on his built-up momentum. On “Heisman”, Q Da Fool is expanding upon his dynamic street-heavy sound by asserting his authority through his unwavering delivery and rapid-fire flows – “Stayed in my lane and I steady was risin’”, he raps with force towards the end of the chorus. Named after the trophy awarded to the most outstanding player in college football each year, “Heisman” finds Q Da Fool using the track’s menacing hook to creatively mimic the trophy’s stance, hitting his haters with the stiff arm in the process. With his signature street flair on full display, as he swiftly tells candid tales and riddles off his cannon of no-nonsense bars, Q Da Fool is using the release of “Heisman” to further cement himself as an essential artist and storyteller in the Hip-Hop game.

Please find links below to watch and stream “Heisman”, and stay tuned for more announcements to come:

Fittingly, he set the stage for the project with the single “All My Life” [feat. J. Cole]. Upon arrival, it bowed at #2 on the Billboard Hot 100, arriving his first Top 5! It has already reeled in over 80 million worldwide streams and over 20 million YouTube views on the accompanying music video in just under three weeks!

In support of Almost Healed, Durk launches one of the year’s most anticipated jaunts—the Sorry For The Drought Tour. He will be joined by special guests Kodak Black, NLE Choppa, and DD Osama in select cities. Produced by Live Nation, the 27-city tour kicks off on July 28 at MIDFLORIDA Credit Union Amphitheater in Tampa making stops across the U.S. in Brooklyn, Chicago, Los Angeles and more before wrapping up in Phoenix at Talking Stick Resort Amphitheatre on September 7.

Last year, Lil Durk owned the charts with the platinum-certified 7220, which crashed the Billboard 200 as his first #1 debut on the chart and boasted “AHHH HA,” “What Happened To Virgil” [feat. Gunna], and the cross-genre smash “Broadway Girls” [feat. Morgan Wallen].
