It’s almost that time of the year again, and even with the pandemic going on, there is nothing that can stop Christmas from coming. Christmas has become a tradition by a lot of people for centuries now, and we even have emojis for them.

Now that Christmas is just around the corner, I bet you are thinking about how to greet people this Christmas or simply want to know what the Christmas emojis means. To give you an idea for that, here are the Christmas emojis that we have compiled for you and their different meanings.

Christmas Tree Emoji

Like how you can see a typical Christmas tree, this emoji is a green pine tree decorated with Christmas decorations, especially the Christmas lights and the yellow star. This emoji is widely used during Christmas seasons and even a few months before and after Christmas.

If you want to keep your greeting short, you may just send this Christmas tree emoji to your friends, family, and loved ones. You may even carry this emoji to incorporate your “Merry Christmas” or “Happy Holidays” messages. To sum it up, this emoji is used for all Christmas-related events or news.

Snowman Emoji

As you already know, Christmas seasons for some countries have snow. In other words, the Christmas season is also the winter season for them. When there is snow, there are also winter activities, like making a snow angel, going for a ski, and making your own snowman!

This snowman emoji portrays a pile of round or spherical snow with snowman decorations, like carrots, stones, scarves, and hats. Snowflakes also surround the snowman emoji. With this emoji, you can send this to your friends and family to say that you want to build a snowman.

Snowflake Emoji

The feature that you can see in the previously mentioned, which is the snowman emoji, has a snowflake. When you see a snowflake, it means that winter is here or winter is about to come. Snowflakes are very common during Christmas seasons, and you may send this emoji to say that the snow is intense.

Skis Emoji

A popular activity during the Christmas season, especially in places where there is snow, people go for a ski. This emoji that has skis can represent a person who loves to ski or wants to go for a ski. If you have just gone last weekend for a ski, you may post your ski photo and incorporate it with this skis emoji!

Santa Claus Emoji

Christmas is never complete without Santa Claus. When sending Christmas greetings and messages, you may incorporate them with this Santa Claus emoji. It can be a kind of an ideal way to greet someone on a Happy Holidays.

Mrs. Claus Emoji

Since Santa Claus is the father of Christmas, he is also known to have a wife, and that is Mrs. Claus. This emoji is portrayed as an older woman with a Christmas hat, and glasses. Mrs. Claus is also called the Mother of Christmas by a lot of people. This emoji has many color variants so that she will not necessarily be of specific skin color.

Wrapped Gift Emoji

Along with Santa Claus, wrapped gifts or boxes are part of a Christmas tradition. It can represent a gift or present you want to give to your friends, family, and loved ones virtually. It can also be used to incorporate “Merry Christmas” greetings. This emoji is not only limited to Christmas but also other special occasions.

Deer Emoji

This emoji does not represent a reindeer that you can find at Christmas, but since there is no specific emoji for that, people use this deer emoji to describe the reindeer. Of course, Santa Claus is not complete without a reindeer since they help him deliver all the Christmas presents!

Sled Emoji

The sled is what completes Santa Claus, the reindeers, and the Christmas presents. With the reindeers and the sleigh, Santa Claus can deliver the gifts to the children that have been nice this year.

Aside from it being Santa Claus’ mode of transportation, children and adults are also used as a ride during the winter season. This emoji is not the sleigh that Santa Claus rides, but this emoji can be the acceptable emoji for that.

Cookie and Glass of Milk Emoji

For some Christmas traditions made by children, kids prepare a plate of cookies and a glass of milk for Santa Claus as a snack when he passes by their house. It is to give Santa Claus a bit of a bite before heading to his next destination.

Party Popper Emoji

In some countries, when they greet the first, second, or hour of Christmas, they use the party poppers to signify that Christmas is finally here. The party popper emoji is portrayed as an object that releases confetti when it is popped to the air.

The former football administrator showed up as one of the candidates to contest in the NPP primaries for the Ejisu constituency following the demise of incumbent John Kumah.

However, it didn’t pan out well for the former Wa All Stars owner as he lost disappointingly.
