Nigerian sensation, Ogah Brothers to work with Indian songstress, Tia Kansara

Barely three days after Nigerian sensational trio, Ogah Brothers released a new single, Tinko Tinko, London-based Indian songstress; Tia Kansara has indicated interest to work with them. In an e-mail to them, she said: “Hi Ogah Brothers – quite excited about your music. When I first listened to Tinko Tinko, all the hairs on my arms were on edge – which is for the sign that you sing with your hearts. I’d love to work with you.”

The Ogah Brothers have been singing together since 1995 in school and at church. The two youngest, Jon and Michael have gone to contest and win Naija Sings and the Peak Talent Show in 2009. Jon’s single, Gbedu, features Nigerian female rapper, Sasha and was a hit.

They are currently working in the studio and set to release new songs, which will include the one with Tia. Tia Kansara is an accomplished linguist and classical Hindi vocalist who lives in London. She sings in Japanese, Gujarati, Hindi, French, Spanish and English. ]]>
