Florida rapper Julio Foolio, also known as Foolio, was shot and killed while celebrating his 26th birthday in Tampa.

The incident occurred during a party, and details surrounding the shooting are still emerging.

Foolio was known for his controversial song ‘When I See You,’ which discussed the death of his enemies on their birthdays.
