Over the last few days, Ghanaian highlife artiste, Bisa Kdei has been in the news for some unpleasant reasons.

According to reports, the “Mansa” hitmaker had tweeted that the Ghanaian media has been paid to sabotage his music career.

‘It’s an agenda. They have taken some money to do that. If you love my music keep loving it. The media is fake,” he’s reported to have tweeted.

His comments did not sit right with a lot of media people especially movie producer Kofi Asamoah who told him his piece of mind.

However, reacting to the issue this morning on Hitz FM with Andy Dosty, the award-winning singer stated that he was not the one who put out the tweet.

According to him, he was holding a Q and A session with his fans on Twitter but as the questions started coming in, he had to go back on set where he was shooting his music video.

He therefore handed over the phone to his personal assistant to answer the fan questions.

“I know people aren’t going to believe me. The way he put the context wasn’t right and it doesn’t mean I don’t have a hand in it. I said something to him to tweet and then he did something else.

“Somebody asked me a question and I told him to tweet that ‘Yes some people in the media are fake’ which you and I know is true. The part he said someone has taken money, that wasn’t it, ” he added.
