Broadcaster and CEO of Empire Entertainment, Bola Ray will team up with a-list Ghanaian celebrities to raise money for a noble charitable cause on Saturday, December 17 at the lobby of the Silverbird Cinema and Lifestyle store, Accra Mall. Dubbed as ‘Celebrity Charity Bazaar’ the day-long event is aimed at raising funds to create awareness on autism, as well as contribute to the Zoezougo classroom project of the SOS Children’s village in the Northern Region.

On the day, the celebrities give fans and the general public a once in a lifetime opportunity to be served by their favourite superstars when they get to the counter to buy their popcorn, drinks, movie tickets among other items. As part of the fund raising drive, selected artists will sell their autographed albums to fans and there will also be a special offer from MAKSI Clothing with a percentage on sales going into the. Other activities on the day will include a special kente weaving and Christmas cards exhibition by talented kids from the New Horizon Special School and the SOS Children’s Village.

The over 25 celebrities billed for the event will include Ghanaian international soccer stars, ex world boxing champions, A-list actors and actresses, radio and television personalities as well  as the biggest musicians on the local scene. Expected to make the list are: Bola Ray,Joshua Clottey, Jon Germain, Prince David Osei, Yvonne Nelson, Yvonne Okoro, Delay, 4X4, D-cryme, Lydia Forson, Helen Asante, Ruff n Smooth, Kojo Oppong Nkrumah, Nana Aba Anamoah, PY Addo-Annan, Miss Ghana 2010 and many others.
